For New York Mets baseballs, OnlineSports is the best online store we've found, by far. They have a good selection -- autographed baseballs, laser-engraved wooden balls, baseball desk sets, etc. -- and their prices are competitive. Click Browse Teams in the left column, then click on New York Mets, then click on Baseballs.

But if you have the time, you might want to check out eBay instead. You may find even more choices and some better prices.

If you're a collector, you definitely need a guide book. You don't want to risk paying way too much. Dan Zachofsky's Handbook for Collecting Baseball Memorabilia is a good source for information on baseball collectibles, especially if you're new to the hobby.
