For Tampa Bay Devil Rays die-casts, MLB.com (the official Major League Baseball site) is the best online store we've found. Right now they have a selection of model cars and trucks, as well as McFarlane action figures. Click on Collectibles in the top tool bar, then in the left column select Figurines & Die-Cast and Tampa Bay in the scrollbars.
