For Toronto Blue Jays plaques, MLB.com, the official Major League Baseball site, has a good selection. Their prices are about as low as you'll find at any online sports store. Click on Collectibles in the top tool bar, then in the left column select Photos & Plaques and Toronto in the scrollbars.

Dan Zachofsky's Handbook for Collecting Baseball Memorabilia is a good source for information on baseball collectibles, especially if you're new to the hobby.
