For Houston Astros plaques, MLB.com, the official Major League Baseball site, has a good selection. Their prices are about as low as you'll find at any online sports store. Click on Collectibles in the top tool bar, then in the left column select Photos & Plaques and Houston in the scrollbars.

If you collect baseball plaques, you definitely need a guide book. Dan Zachofsky's Handbook for Collecting Baseball Memorabilia is a good source for information on baseball collectibles, especially if you're new to the hobby. By the way, eBay is also your best bet if you want to sell Houston Astros plaques.
